Renata Ntelia is a PhD student at the Institute of Digital Games, University of Malta. Her research pertains to romantic love in games. She has presented at international conferences such as CEEGS, PoCG, DiGRA, and FDG. Her latest publication is a chapter titled “In the Mood for Love: Embodiment and Intentionality in NPCs” in Love and Electronic Affection: A Design Primer published by Routledge Creative Media and the Arts. Her research interests include female phenomenology, women studies, comparative narratology, and thanatology.
